Brian Wapshott is our Managing Director and is a NAEA Protected Property Mark Agent and he has over forty five years’ experience selling and developing both modern and listed property. Brian is passionate about houses and is always available to give you that pre-sale advice and how to extend or improve your home to maximise your sale value. Brian also carries out the majority of our valuations for sale and rental and covers all aspects of the business.
Bethany Jeffery is our office manager and joined us in November 2021, after working for several years in customer service and administration focused roles. Bethany moved to Seaton in December 2018 with her husband, who was born and raised in Seaton and has enjoyed getting to know Seaton and the surrounding areas. Bethany loves animals, travelling, cooking and volunteers on a crisis helpline for a charity.
Lesley Dunn is a Senior Negotiator and joined us in September 2020, after several years working in estate agency elsewhere in East Devon. She moved to the area from the West Midlands 15 years ago with her husband and four children, and maintains it's the best decision she ever made. Lesley loves being outdoors, either walking the coast path or working in her garden and spending time with family.
